In honor of the Christmas season, I've made a Doctor/Master picspam from their season three episodes. If you appreciate their relationship in all its sexy, dysfunctional glory, this picspam is for you. At my journal:

First up a snippet from MTV about DT's view on Doctor Who comics. There's no spoilers here, as it only about comics, and the video was obviously done the day of the DW panel at Comic-con. Alas the video I believe is only viewable by those of us in the USA (if I knew how to change that I would. If someone more computer savvy can do it, please do), but there's a full transcript of what's said word for word below it.

Up next is an interview with New Jersey Star-Ledger tv critic Alan Sepinwall. This interview is also spoiler free though it's all DW related and he asks for the comments to remain spoiler free.

Sometimes I can't seem to find enough images… and other days I just like a lot of the images I scroll through. Today seemed to be a day where I really liked a lot of the images I looked at. I really hope other people do as well.

The Doctor loses the TARDIS in this picspam, although the way things happen here is a tiny bit different than in the episode. That's the way these picspams work though :D

I woke up this morning not only to many lovely messages of condolence, but to two notices from Photobucket. One was "Welcome to your new Pro Account", and the other was that that account had been renewed through Jan. 21st of *2011*.

I am floored. I knew people were enjoying the picspams, but I had no idea that two people found them so important that they would give up money for them! Christmas definitely has come three days early.

The hugest of "thank yous" to both pie_is_good and wiggiemomsi for their generosity. There are no words, both of you. Everyone else, think of them when you look at the picspams. And thank you as well to kyrina and others who offered use of their bandwidth, direct links, etc.

Not to mention everyone else who commented with their condolences. There were too many to respond to each individually, so I'll just send a mass thank you and a giant *hug* to everybody. You all rock.

Now I guess I've got a picspam to work on.

To those of you who have been enjoying my Celebrating Ten picspams, I'm very sorry, but Photobucket has disabled my images.

I have a free account there, you see, and there's a monthly bandwidth limit of 10GB, which has been exceeded. I could get the images back, but only if I upgrade to a paid account. which I'm unable to do.

I've also received a very bad piece of family news -- my father has terminal cancer. I was hoping to be able to use doing the commentary on the picspams as a distraction, but I guess I'll have to come up with something else.

I do plan to continue the picspams, but I can't do so until Jan. 6, when my bandwidth usage will reset to zero and the images will be restored.

Again, I'm sorry.

Since September or so, I've been on a quest to rewatch all of RTD-era Who, before The End of Time airs. I'm almost there (it's going to take one last push to the end, though—it's a hardship but I think I can manage). Do I still love this show? Yes. Yes, I do. Oh, so completely. And since it's all (or most of it) is still fresh in my mind, I thought I'd do that thing that everyone is doing (even RTD did it!) and picspam my favourite Tenth Doctor-era moments. They are not in any particular order.

Self-indulgent time spent with some of my favorite characters, a resolution of an aspect of original story that is unlikely to ever be covered in canon, and a nod to the festivities and traditions of the winter holidays.
